Refund Policy

SignalCaster is a software-as-a-service platform that helps users automate
content importing, scheduling, and publishing across supported platforms.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for paid
SignalCaster subscriptions.

1. Free Plan

SignalCaster offers a Free plan that allows users to test the platform
before upgrading to a paid subscription.

Because a free option is available, we encourage users to review the product
and confirm it fits their needs before subscribing to a paid plan.

2. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis.

When you subscribe to a paid SignalCaster plan, you receive access to paid
features, higher usage limits, and supported premium integrations based on
your selected plan.

3. Refund Eligibility

First-time paid subscribers may request a refund within 14 days of their
initial purchase.

Refund requests may be approved if:

  • The request is made within 14 days of the first payment.
  • The account has not been used heavily or abusively.
  • The request is not connected to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • The request is not a repeated or abusive refund attempt.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of
abuse, excessive usage, fraud, policy violations, or misuse of the service.

4. Renewals

Subscription renewal payments are generally non-refundable.

Users are responsible for canceling their subscription before the next billing
date if they do not want to continue using SignalCaster.

When a subscription is canceled, access to paid features usually remains
available until the end of the current billing period.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Canceling a subscription stops future billing. It does not automatically
refund previous payments.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue, please contact us first so we can try
to resolve it.

If a major technical issue prevents access to paid features and we cannot
resolve it within a reasonable time, we may consider a refund request.

  • Your Paddle transaction ID or receipt information
  • The reason for the refund request

8. Paddle Payments

Payments for SignalCaster may be processed by Paddle. Paddle acts as the
Merchant of Record for purchases made through Paddle checkout.

Refunds may be subject to Paddle’s review process, buyer terms, and
applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be
posted on this page.
