These Terms explain the rules for using SignalCaster, including our website, app, and social publishing automation features.

Last updated: May 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SignalCaster, including our website, mobile application, RSS importing features, and social media automation tools, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use SignalCaster.

2. Service Description

SignalCaster is an RSS and social media automation platform that helps users import content, manage articles, connect social media accounts, and publish posts manually or automatically to supported platforms.

Supported and planned platforms may include Facebook Pages, Pinterest, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord, X/Twitter, WhatsApp in future updates, and other social platforms.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you import, manage, schedule, and publish through SignalCaster. You must ensure that you have the rights and permissions required to publish or share any content you use with the service.

You agree not to use SignalCaster for spam, illegal activity, copyright infringement, impersonation, platform abuse, harmful content, deceptive content, or any activity that violates the rules of connected third-party platforms.

4. Social Media Connections

SignalCaster allows users to connect third-party social media services. When you connect a platform, you authorize SignalCaster to perform selected publishing actions on your behalf based on your settings.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and accuracy of your connected accounts, tokens, webhooks, pages, boards, and publishing destinations.

5. Third-Party Platforms

SignalCaster integrates with third-party services and APIs. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms, policies, API rules, and platform requirements.

SignalCaster is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, rejected posts, account limitations, API pricing changes, or enforcement actions made by third-party platforms.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

SignalCaster may offer free and paid plans. Pricing, limits, features, and platform availability may change over time, especially during early development.

Subscriptions are planned to be managed through SignalCaster.app. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and account information when paid plans become available.

7. Availability and Changes

SignalCaster is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful publishing, continuous availability of third-party integrations, or permanent access to any specific feature.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalCaster is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, failed publishing, platform restrictions, or business interruption.

SignalCaster is not responsible for content removed by third-party platforms, account penalties, API failures, or actions taken by external services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to SignalCaster if the service is misused, if these Terms are violated, or if activity creates risk to users, third-party platforms, or SignalCaster.

Users may stop using SignalCaster or disconnect connected services at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of SignalCaster after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
